Luta hist\u00f3rica desta Casa. A proposta original para institu\u00ed-lo apresentei quando presidia a Comiss\u00e3o de Apoio ao Advogado Iniciante, na gest\u00e3o Francisco Caputo. Na \u00e9poca, os sal\u00e1rios oferecidos pelo mercado eram incompat\u00edveis com o trabalho exigido pelos profissionais, prejudicando principalmente jovens advogadas e advogados\u201d, lembra o presidente da OAB\/DF, D\u00e9lio Lins e Silva Jr.<\/p>\n<p>Naquela ocasi\u00e3o, depois de aprovada pelo Conselho Pleno, a proposta de D\u00e9lio foi levada por Caputo ao Poder Executivo, que a encaminhou ao Legislativo. Aprovada pelos distritais, a lei foi sancionada em 2014.
